Role-based access control
Firewalls and antivirus systems
Employee training and POPIA awareness
Internal policies and audit trails

Submit to the Information Officer by email or post
Pay the prescribed access fee and/or request fee, if applicable
A decision will be made within 30 calendar days
Access may be refused on grounds defined in PAIA (e.g., confidentiality, commercial prejudice)
